A long day at work today left me with no time to make dinner. Kevin made dinner so that meant french fries in the oven. Nothing too exciting about that. I did find the time yesterday to whip up a breakfast though. I haven't done that in a very long time, and had a hankering for pancakes. I used the recipe from the Joy of Vegan Baking and exchanged the soymilk for silk's chai flavored soymilk. The cakes were served with a sliced banana and a glass of OJ that didn't make it into the photo. I was bad a secretly shared some pancakes with Karma.
